Circle Series: Crescents

Circle Series is comprised of whole, half or parts of a circle. These whole, half or parts of circles are overlapped, overlaid, mirrored and divided creating a complex pattern using a minimal amount of shapes.

Although not the traditional shape of a crescent, Crescents is inspired by the crescent moon, if it was enlarged and wider, with stars in between. Crescents is comprised of circles overlapping and interlocking with each other, rotating at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions.
